China: 21st Century “Superpower"

One of the most important factors that China must consider in its evolving global role is the security threats it may pose to existing powers, or even threats. Basically, we need to look at Sino-US relations from a security perspective before we can go further. In our discussion of multilateral integration. In recent years, there has been a clear, expanded and deepened relationship between the United States and China, which has promoted competition and complementary benefits. China and the United States have close ties in areas such as trade and investment, but they obviously lack a clear security structure. Their tensions are manifested in their bilateral relations and appear in the context of mutual concern about national security. As China expanded its external influence and military capabilities, the United States began to overestimate the limitations of its global participation and questioned China's credibility (Garrett, 32, 2010). "China is most likely to enter into military competition with the United States and use destructive military technology without the United States counter-strategy to ultimately counter the traditional military superiority of the United States" (Gaoyue, 120, 2010). At the same time, China advocates a new security concept based on "peace, equality, and mutual benefit", and proposes to build an innovative country and achieve the national strategic goals (Neretnieks) of scientific development, national rejuvenation, harmonious society, and harmony and peace. , October 22, 2010). The United States and China achieve a military balance in ensuring an equal share of the total resources allocated to each military and ensuring the same quality of military and civilian command and methods of warfare (Neretnieks, 30, 2010). In addition to the economic interdependence between China and the United States (a concept discussed in detail later in this document), the strategic logic for strengthening Sino-US relations stems from the joint fight against terrorism. After the events of September 11, 2001, many countries agreed that "unprecedented barbarism will inevitably lead to a new and equally unprecedented level of cooperation between civilized nations in the world" (Gaoyue, 130, 2010). China has expanded to include international security institutions such as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, and perhaps President Bush announced at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit "the new spirit of partnership and friendship with Beijing" (Gaoyue, 132, 2010). In the end, the global financial crisis deepened: the potential instability in various parts of the world, especially between China and the United States, has raised questions about China's influence on the security sector in the post-crisis world order and the commitment of Chinese elites in multilateral efforts. Protect safe "China’s participation in multilateral organizations is based solely on the belief that certain issues are best resolved through multilateralism, and that multilateral action is much cheaper than unilateral action. This belief is rooted in a true political concept, not China is willing to transfer its sovereignty to the postmodern liberal expression of international organizations” (Neretnieks, 2010). On the other hand, China’s participation in existing multilateral institutions can be seen as a tool for the Chinese government to strengthen its own country’s political and economic security. It is important to analyze China’s military and security reform plans because they provide insight into China’s long-term plans. ...Don't worry, avoid leadership for now. However, this period will not last forever due to increasing global pressure on China to conduct business in North Korea and other regions. Therefore, the changes in China's foreign and security policies should not be overestimated. On the contrary, it should be clear that any reform or transformation must be gradual. Multilateralism and the economy: China's vulnerability and power “The global financial crisis and the economic crisis that has spread rapidly since last year are exacerbating the turbulence in the global strategic landscape since the end of the Cold War and accelerating profound changes” (Neretneiks, 10.10.2010). China’s role in the world economy is growing, and its interest in participating in multilateral institutions such as the World Trade Organization, the World Bank, and the International Monetary Fund has provided an alternative to its path to the top (Cox, 1 , 1997)). Because multilateral institutions can be used as windows to understand identities.
